These terms cover your use of the Nudgely app and website. By creating an account you agree to them. We have kept them short and in plain words.

Your account

You need an account to use Nudgely. Keep your login safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must be 13 or older, or use Nudgely through a Family plan set up by a parent.

Subscriptions

• Nudgely Free costs nothing and has no time limit.
• Plus and Family are subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play, monthly or yearly.
• Trials turn into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy and can change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free and keeps your habits and streaks. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.

Acceptable use

• Use Nudgely for your own habits, not to spam, harass or harm anyone.
• Don't try to break, copy or resell the app or its content.
• Don't upload anything that isn't yours to share.

Health note

Nudgely helps you build habits. It is not medical advice, and nudges about sleep, movement or rest are general suggestions. Talk to a professional about any health decision.

Liability

We work hard to keep Nudgely running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using Nudgely after that, the new terms apply.
